A Cake to Remember

I know that life can get super busy and baking a celebration cake for a family member or a friend can be stressful. That's why I am happy to bake your dream cake, and deliver a one-of-a-kind sweet experience that meets your personal taste.

The cake sizes I offer are below.

They are all done in 4 layers of sponge and 3 layers of filling, and the finish can vary between full icing or semi-naked icing (this is a thin layer of buttercream letting some of the sponges underneath see-through).

Keep in mind that from these 4 layers of sponge cakes, the portions can also be cut in half doubling the number of servings, but reducing the portion size to 2 layers of sponge and 2 of buttercream (if you have further questions, please let me know via the contact us form):

• 15cm (6”) - 8-10 wedge portions, 14 portions cut in 2"x1" servings, or 28 finger servings.

• 17cm (7”) - 10-12 wedge portions, 20 portions cut in 2"x1" servings, or 40 finger servings

• 20cm (8”) - 12-14 wedge portions, 26 portions cut in 2"x1" servings, or 52 finger servings

• 23cm (9”) - 16-18 wedge portions, 30 portions cut in 2"x1" servings, or 60 finger servings

• 25cm (10”) - 20-22 wedge portions, 38 portions cut in 2"x1" servings, or 76 finger servings

All sizes and numbers of servings are APPROXIMATE.

There are plenty options for your cake's design: buttercream pining on the top, wafer paper flowers, rice paper flowers, fresh flowers, chocolates, fresh fruit... you name it!
