This absolutely wonderful creamy British cheese is a Winslade from the Hampshire Cheese Company (fabulous mix between Camembert and Vacherin), that can be lovingly baked in the oven (instructions included in the box!), to be enjoyed with a great loaf of sourdough from fabulous local baker Alison from Bread on a Bike, cooked local mini Musks sausages and cherry tomatoes, paired with charcuterie, walnuts for texture and either local honey from Cbeeeeeeee8 or pickles (you choose!)... finishing the meal with a few gooey brownie bites from The HoneyShed Bakery...
 
The good news is that the only thing that needs doing is baking the cheese in the oven while chopping the bread and plating the rest of the foods, isn’t this the perfect meal for two?
